Get M39016 relays faster with Tyco Electronics" Phantom relay program. Lead times are reduced to as little as two weeks. By stocking the most popular M39016 relays in the basic style - such as a generic TO-5 can or .100" grid - Tyco Electronics can quickly and easily finish the relay into a specific configuration. Finishing encompasses trimming and forming the leads, adding spreaders and washers, and otherwise converting the relay into a specific part. One Phantom relay can be configured into as many as 60 part numbers. Phantom relays are tested to M-level requirements and marked to fulfill QPL traceability requirements. The final configured parts are electrically tested on an AQL basis.
